Charles Bibbs
sophisticated, majestic, splendid and serene. these are words often used to describe the masterful works of art charles bibbs produces. growing up, it seemed my mom, shebby, always kept a piece of his art work around the house. whether it was hanging on a wall or set on a coffee table, bibbs artistic presence was always there. here are a few of his
